What RX Finder does

RX Finder is a medication availability search service. We call pharmacies near your location to check whether a specific medication is currently in stock. We report the results to you via text message.

What RX Finder is NOT

• We are not a pharmacy and do not dispense medications
• We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice
• We do not guarantee that medication will still be in stock when you arrive at the pharmacy
• We do not process insurance or handle prescriptions

Pricing and payment

Each medication search costs $19.99, charged at the time of search submission via Stripe. This is a one-time payment per search, not a subscription.

Refund policy

If we are unable to find your medication in stock at any pharmacy in your search area, you will receive a full automatic refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you receive results showing medication in stock, no refund is issued, even if the pharmacy's stock changes between our call and your visit. We recommend calling the pharmacy directly to confirm availability before traveling.

Accuracy of results

Pharmacy stock levels change throughout the day. Our results reflect availability at the time of our call. We strongly recommend calling the pharmacy to confirm before going in person. RX Finder is not liable for changes in stock between our call and your visit.

Calling hours

Pharmacy calls are made during business hours (9 AM - 9 PM Eastern). Searches submitted outside these hours will be queued and executed the following morning. You will receive a text confirming your search is queued.

Text messaging

By using RX Finder, you consent to receive text messages about your search status and results. You may receive 2-4 messages per search. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Standard message and data rates apply.

Limitation of liability

RX Finder provides an information service only. We are not responsible for pharmacy stock accuracy, pricing, or availability. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific search in question.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RX Finder after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
