When you submit a search, we call the pharmacies near your location and ask whether your medication is in stock. That covers nationwide chains like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, and Kroger plus independent pharmacies, over 60,000 in our network. You could call around yourself, but reaching dozens of pharmacies takes hours on hold. We call up to 40 pharmacies for you and email you a complete report of who has it, usually within about an hour during calling hours. Retries and stock confirmation can take longer. Our calling window is 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the search location's time zone, starting at 10:00 AM on Sundays, with a midday break that varies by pharmacy. A search placed outside the calling window is scheduled for the next available window.

Yes. ADHD stimulants like Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, and Concerta are our most common searches, and we search for every other medication too. We ask each pharmacy whether the medication is in stock and share only what they need to answer: the medication, strength, and form, the amount (yours, or a standard fill if you didn't give one), your brand preference, and your general area if they ask. We never give them your name, prescription, or contact details. Whether to fill a prescription is always up to your pharmacist. Some pharmacies decline to discuss controlled-substance inventory by phone, and we mark those clearly in your report.

If none of the pharmacies we call have it in stock, you can get a free re-search or a full refund — just reply to your results email within 7 days and tell us which you'd like. Stock changes daily, so a later search can turn up a store that was out. Either way, you'll see a complete report of every pharmacy we called and their response.

Yes on both. Every search includes a detailed report of every pharmacy we called. We are not a pharmacy and we never prescribe, sell, or reserve medication. We only check which nearby pharmacies have your medication in stock so you can fill your existing, valid prescription the way you normally would. We can't help you obtain medication without a prescription.

We don't sell your information. The pharmacies we call hear only the search details above, never your name or contact details. Payments, email, phone calls, and hosting run through service providers. No account is required.
